Policy:
All sessions will be counted unless a request has been made and approved.
All sessions must be cancelled 24 hours before. If not it is charged (due to circumstance)
All payments are non refundable.
The only times we will be off is when it’s a bank holiday. We will always try and train on some bank holidays but for the players this is not mandatory. Sessions will only be cancelled if it's out of our control. Including frozen, snow or waterlogged pitch's as-well as any other indicators which may lead to health and safety concerns.
Players will be able to attend an extra session to make up for any lost time. If the session is cancelled for any other reason, the customer can request a refund for this lost session.
